We provide 10 classes per month, focusing on exercises that enhance senior wellness and prevent falls. Our comprehensive classes include: 10 to 15 people in a group.

Our classes are designed for elderly individuals, those nearing retirement, and people with orthopedic and neurological conditions. We welcome anyone looking to improve their mobility, strength, balance, and overall health.

Our classes focus on exercises that improve range of motion, strength, coordination, balance, stability, joint mobility, lung capacity, and heart health. We also include a 15-minute group discussion in each session to encourage social interaction and mental wellness.

In addition to our classes, we offer home-based activity recommendations, dietary planning, and a monthly 15-minute consultation to review progress and address any concerns. We also provide specialized physiotherapy services by licensed MSK physiotherapists from the UK and Canada.
